sales consultant alluded to certain things that never happened or never followed up on. i.e colour proffesional semiar attendance as a guest of his and his wife. This never happened. On occaisions he said things we wanted to hear to keep us on side. Other than that things were great and never seemed a problem. I would like to suggest maybe a 3d image programme would be a great help to prospective building clients. We would like to make special recognition to ________, she has been absolutley fantastic.

_______ was very helpful, pre start was not a pleasant experience, _______ was second to none – he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Mostly good but the few issues we had ruined the experience.

Since signing with Aveling homes we realised it was the best thing we ever did. Starting initially with the sales rep, _______, It became aparent that we were with a company that cared and only had our best interests at heart. The receptionists _______ and _______ are alway so polite and helpful and we feel somewhat sadened to be parting ways. I would like to give a special mention to _______, she has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole build, nothing ever seems to hard and she has always addressed our concerns in a timely manner. _______ please do not stop being awesome. Furthermore to all the tradesman and the Building supervisors,every time we crossed paths we found you to be polite and very helpful, Great work guys, without you our house would not look the way it does. A special thanks to _______ for taking the time to explain everything with us and for all the little extra steps you took for us. The house it self has been constructed to the highest of standards and we are so very grateful to have been apart of the Aveling experience and have no hesitation in recommending Aveling homes to our family and friends.
