Overall it was a great experience to build our first home with Aveling I have the privilege with working with perth builders and we chose Aveling as in my experience they are a superior builder within WA. we had some minor issues which were resolved quickly I believe most clients of any building company would experience these. Overall we are very happy with the final product we speak highly of Aveling and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

The process was smooth from start to finish, I received regular updates regarding the various stages which takes the guess work out. All of the consultants were knowledgeable and able to answer all of my queries in a promptly manner. The quality of the build is excellent (even for a small project) and I’m extremely happy to have built my home with Aveling Homes.

We were very happy with Aveling Homes and had a wonderful experience. Customer service is so important to us and Aveling was attentive throughout the whole process. When we met our designer, he was transparent and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. This is very rare in the building industry. We also didn’t have to pay $2,000 for a concept design and our designer made sure we were happy with everything before signing paperwork. Pre-start was very quick. The girls do their job well however I would definitely recommend doing your own research before your pre-start meeting. You only have a couple of hours to choose your finishes and the pre-start girls can’t make the decision for you. All correspondence with Aveling Homes has been excellent and the build of our home is of high quality. We had a building inspector come in on pre-handover and he also agreed that the quality was higher than most building companies. We would definitely recommend Aveling Homes and look forward to working with them on future projects.

At first it was some what confusing to see an image of what was to be the complete home, as paints tiles are hard to picture on the walls and floors without something let us see it as it would be, it felt more like guess work at the start, as the Aveling building website did not help much. We only had one major problem with the wrong carpet being installed, but overall our experience with Aveling has been very positive, staff were very helpful an understanding we are very happy with our new home thank you.
