Our experience from start to finish has been at a high level and challenges in design were overcome with persistence and patience from _______. The construction team worked their way through the construction very professionally. Overall we have been very happy with the way we have been dealt with At all times.

Overall most of the people were very professional and friendly. We did feel like the Sales person was not always honest about everything – but this could be because he did not always no the answers. Pre-start was a bit of a tough one as we did not walk out of it very happy at all. The attitude of the pre-start consultant make us feel that we could not have the house we dreamed of and we did at that time feel like we should have chosen a different builder. That said, everything since has been amazing and we are so happy that we stuck with Aveling as the house looks great and the service from mortgage assistance through to final key handover has been amazing. We want to specially thank _______, _______ and ____ for making us feel blessed.

We had lots of communication gap at the early stage, that’s why I had lots of issues at the time of the construction period.

Well, from a bushy kind of area that we were shown sometime last year, today a beautiful house has become our home. Was quiet an experience of a life time indeed. Slow starting and a lot of paperwork (which is normal when we look back now) but finally we stand here proud of the final result. Overally, we are grateful for the whole experience.

Everything was easy from start to finish. I will defiantly recommend Aveling homes to all my friends and Family.
