As a first home buyer will nice to have being explain the size of all window so the house will have enough to day light , Also As land is getting smaller explain the very use of space we had a study at the wrong place,were the shower is too small for a couple working at the same time It’s just our view Thank you ________

Aveling have made what I considered to be a complicated build an absolute breeze. The staff have been flexible, reliable and very knowledgeable. ___ did a fantastic job as our site manager. He promptly addressed all the issues we had throughout the build and was able to offer great advise. ______ was always on hand to answer questions and quickly sorted out variations to fix up my oversights! Without ________ this dream would have never become a reality! The whole team have been wonderful! There was a slight discrepancy during pre start with one part of the contract which made me hesitant at first, however it was handled professionally and it was smooth sailing from there. ______ and ___ are who I consider very valuable assets to your company with impeccable management skills. You hear horror stories about building and I know why they are horror stories. They weren’t lucky enough to have these two individuals overseeing their builds. Couldn’t be any happier with the result and would happily build again knowing these two are managing my build.

It has been a grate journey from the start. Everyone has been very helpful and supportive. Including ______ _______, who no longer works with aveling. I am very happy with the outcome of my house. The building side was amazing but the pre building contract and pre start stage had a lot of errors due partly to our sales rep leaving the company. Really happy with the build though
