Was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful from day one through to the end. couldn’t be happier with the service and the end result

Overall experience was good. Our Construction Consultant and Site Manager were generally responsive and attentive to our needs, and we had good visibility of progress throughout the construction process. The Pre-Start experience could use some improvement: it was a bit of a rushed meeting, and not all of the options available were on display or discussed. We had to investigate manufacturer showrooms/websites in order to understand all of the options available, which resulted in variations which realistically could have been avoided in the first place.

Overall we are very satifised with the service provided by Aveling and the quality of our home. We were kept well informed and up to date throughout the build. Our only suggestion would be to provide additional times for prestart meetings (e.g. Weekends and after hours).

Aveling made the whole build process seamless. ____ never made us feel pressured or that we were being “sold to”. He helped us design a house that suited our family and needs. The communication from _____ throughout was outstanding and we found _____ to be Professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone has been very nice and accommodating as I was determined to be difficult this time as I don’t want any regret like I have in my first home. Starting from ______ who responded to my initial queries almost immediately and understanding about my situation. He went up and beyond trying to fit what I imagine the floor plan should be in such a limited space. There was ___ for the prestart meeting, very patient explaining things and the options I asked. Then _______ who is also very patient because I can be very demanding, she went back and forth with the pricing as I asked about the breakdowns and details of it. Not to mention I kept changing my mind about my selections. When _______ was on leave, there were ______ and ________ who responded my emails and went through trouble to find what I was asking in timely manner. ______ in account who has also been tested by myself and she’s been patient about it. _______ who is very helpful and listened to everything I wished. He even suggested things that I missed. He made sure everything is ready when I come in and in good presentation. He showed me around how to do things (keys and locks) more than once.
