After having a really bad experience building a home a few years ago with Perceptions, I was really nervous about building again. The team made sure everything ran smoothly and were on hand to answer any questions promptly making the whole experience a lot less stressful. I had a very clear idea in my mind of the custom home I wanted and ____ was able to bring that dream to a reality very quickly. ______ has been continually and closely involved throughout the entire process. Always available to answer any queries, follow up on changes and so on. He also very kindly attended my Handover Meeting on his day off. I cannot thank ______ enough for his thorough and detailed commitment to my entire build.

From the start to the finish, it has been an enjoyable experience. We have been well informed, with the communication being exceptional. The house itself is exactly what we envisioned and the finish is professional and finished to a high quality. All staff we have dealt with are helpful and professional, and have gone above and beyond to make this journey a seamless one.
