We didnt really spend any time with [_____] and we had a few issues with the bricky, but we where not very demanding and we understand that its not important to sweat the small things as it will all work out in the end.

Communication via the @mail was OK, as I stated above be trusted you to do a job and you did 

 [_____] was let down by his cleaner so its hard to comment about final inspection, but we are happy with our new home.
